CORVINA

VINO ROSSO IGT

Grapes: 100% Corvina

Harvest: by hand,

in the first weeks

of September

Vinification technique: in stainless steel,

temperature controlled

The Corvina fits in perfectly with the experimentation we are carrying out to bring out the full potential of our vineyards.

Once again an autochthonous wine and once again a wine in purity: we firmly believe that the uniqueness of each variety can express itself successfully, when wisely cared for and patiently cultivated.

CORVINA

The Corvina Rosso IGT is ruby red in colour with purple highlights and luminous, moderate in alcohol and well-balanced: it is reminiscent of old roses on the nose and red fruits and morello cherries on the palate. In purity, it expresses itself at its best by firmly referring to the characteristics of the old vines from which it comes: it is an everyday companion, extraordinarily fresh and joyful.

A young and straightforward wine, with character, but at the same time not too invasive: easy to drink because it is light and authentic, with no human intervention to alter its simplicity.

Our wines are the result of a bold intuition: why not enhance the value of native grape varieties while respecting the independent expressiveness that the terroir allows?

Normally, in fact, these grapes are vinified together and/or with other varieties such as Rondinella, Oseleta, etc., to create various products, including Valpolicella and Amarone.

Given the strong identity of the grapes, accentuated by the character and age of the company’s historic vineyards, we have made the unique and daring decision to vinify them as a single variety.

Each variety is treated and processed individually with minimal invasiveness so that it can express itself at its best without alteration or contamination.
