Molinara

Our unique and ambitious decision to vinify the Molinara grape in purity and to sparkle it on site using the Martinotti/Charmat long method was dictated by the desire to allow this grape to express its full potential.

In the wine, unique aromas and distinct scents are exalted, representing its territoriality.

What is striking, even fascinating, is the intensity and particularity of the color, a luminous ruby, given by the very nature of the grapes: Molinara is in fact a red grape variety which, when made sparkling, achieves a truly unique result.

Our wines are the result of a bold intuition: why not enhance the value of native grape varieties while respecting the independent expressiveness that the terroir allows?

Normally, in fact, these grapes are vinified together and/or with other varieties such as Rondinella, Oseleta, etc., to create various products, including Valpolicella and Amarone.

Given the strong identity of the grapes, accentuated by the character and age of the company’s historic vineyards, we have made the unique and daring decision to vinify them as a single variety.

Each variety is treated and processed individually with minimal invasiveness so that it can express itself at its best without alteration or contamination.
